Timber Labs LLC Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Timber Labs LLC! We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can get your products into the woods.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
United States Shipping
Standard shipping within the United States is $5.99.
Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Canada Shipping
Standard shipping to Canada is $14.99.
Estimated transit time is 5–15 business days after shipment. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs or carrier processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by Canadian authorities or the shipping carrier.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping/tracking information using the email address provided during checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Timber Labs LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at timberlabsoutdoors@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with missing/incorrect products, contact us at timberlabsoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays may be outside of our control. We will assist customers with shipping issues whenever reasonably possible.
